Delivery Policy
Big Craigs will deliver New Zealand wide. We can also deliver internationally on request. Please contact us for any international orders before placing your order to discuss your needs and additional shipping charges that may apply.

All packages will be sent via New Zealand Post or as the case may be Fastways Couriers for larger items.

Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by calling 09 2694617 within 2 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation. Any damaged products that are of the fault of New Zealand Post or Fastway Couriers need to be left as they were delivered for a New Zealand Post or Fastway Courier representative to inspect or as per advisement from the delivering parties.

All Postage and handling costs are based on rates as detailed inclusive in the purchase price or subsequent delivery charge as detailed on your purchase invoice.

We endeavor to have all orders dispatched within 2 workings days of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.

DAMAGED GOODS

Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded (your choice). Please fill out the form at the bottom of your packing slip, tick the "damaged goods" option and indicate whether you opt for a refund, credit or exchange. Please return the goods to the point of origin or return to:

All our products are fully guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us for an exchange or a full refund. Just follow the steps below.

Purchased goods may be returned within 30 days of placing the order, provided they remain in their original condition. If you wish to return your order, please fill out the form at the bottom of your packing list, ticking the "return" option. Freight charges will apply on returned goods.
